How do I change my password?

To change your password, click on the Edit Registration link at the bottom of the breeder listing pages, login with your current username and password, change your password, and the hit the Edit Registration button.

What if I forget my password?

You can retrieve your password by having it sent to you via email. Just use the get password function on the modify listing page, it will be emailed to you immediately.

What happens when I pay?

When you agree to sign up for a listing on Catcraze.com, we charge your credit card AFTER 60 DAYS for the price of the listing.  You WON'T be charged during your trial time!

Do I get a refund if I cancel my listing before the expiration date?

We do not give refunds for removing listings from the site before they expire.

When you delete your listing from the Catcraze.com site, it is removed immediately.

How do I change my listing?

Underneath your Catcraze.com breeder listing, there is a link to modify  your listing.  Click that link.  Next type in your user name and password. You'll then be able to manage all aspects of your listing.

Is there an extra charge if I work with more than one breed?

No. There is no additional charge for listing your cattery with more than one breed. You may list up to 4 breeds as long as they contain the same contact information.
